The certainty of the conditions – if a contentious issue is not addressed or if the conditions are not sufficiently clear, it may be difficult to implement the treaty; the court will try to implement the agreement of the parties, but it will not go so far as to rewrite them for them. To have as much security as possible, document your agreement in a settlement agreement. A transaction contract is a contract like any other, so the usual terms of a valid agreement apply. As part of the count: the terms of the transaction contract are agreed by mutual agreement between the employer and the worker. These conditions are then defined in the written transaction document, which defines the claims that the worker does not wish to claim in exchange for the agreed payment. It is increasingly common for parties to the dispute to reach an agreement, either before legal proceedings are opened or before they are concluded. Parties may resolve their disputes outside of court proceedings for a number of reasons, including avoiding legal costs or the length of court proceedings (whether litigation or arbitration). During the negotiations, care must be taken not to accidentally conclude a binding agreement before the terms of the agreement are concluded. Ensure that all correspondence is handled not only “without prejudice” but also under the title “contract-compliant” until you have approved the final terms of the transaction. The text “in accordance with the contract” is used to indicate that the parties do not provide for agreed terms until an official written document has been signed.
